Biplob Mallick
Biplob Mallick is an enthusiastic teacher educator and educational researcher with over 20 years of teaching and professional experience. He has extensive experience in guiding graduate and postgraduate students and is particularly interested in educational research. Mr. Mallick has published 16 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to four books, three training manuals, and a curriculum guide. He also serves as a reviewer for various peer-reviewed journals and evaluates PhD, MPhil, and Master’s theses. Currently, he is engaged in collaborative research with students and colleagues, including teaching, supervising students’ research, developing instructional materials, and providing professional training and capacity-building services for education professionals.

BIOGRAPHY
Biplob Mallick is an enthusiastic teacher educator and educational researcher with over 20 years of teaching and professional experience. He has extensive experience in guiding graduate and postgraduate students and is particularly interested in educational research, with a focus on teaching-learning strategies, technology-pedagogy integration, early childhood and special education, qualitative and quantitative research, and teacher education. Mr. Mallick has published 16 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to four books, three training manuals, and a curriculum guide. He also serves as a reviewer for various peer-reviewed journals and evaluates PhD, MPhil, and Master’s theses. Currently, he is engaged in collaborative research with students and colleagues. He served as a member of the BCS (General Education) cadre as Lecturer and Assistant Professor under the Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh, from 2006 to 2018. He also worked as an Attachment Officer with the a2i Education Programme under the Prime Minister’s Office of Bangladesh. Mr. Mallick holds a PhD on “ICT Integration in the Classroom of Secondary Schools in Bangladesh” and an MPhil on “Evaluation System of Primary Education in Bangladesh” from the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka. He also holds two research-based Master of Education degrees-one in Instructional Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia and another in Pre-primary and Primary Education from IER, University of Dhaka-along with a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Social Science stream. He has further completed a Diploma in ICT and Pedagogical Development from Life Academy, Sweden, supported by SIDA, and an ICT and pedagogy-based training programme on Audiovisual Learning Materials (AVLM) at KU Leuven, Belgium. Currently, his responsibilities include teaching, supervising students’ research, developing instructional materials, and providing professional training and capacity-building services for education professionals.
