About Professor Dr. Muhammad Hanif Murad
Muhammad Hanif Murad was born on 10th April 1974 in a respectable Muslim family at Noakhali, Bangladesh. He had his early education S.S.C from Brother Andre’s High School and H.S.C from Noakhali Govt. College, Noakhali. He stood 1st division in both S.S.C and H.S.C. He obtained his B.Sc Honors and M.Sc (Thesis group) degree in Mathematics from Chittagong University, Chittagong, Bangladesh. He stood first in the first class in both B.Sc and M.Sc degree. He was awarded by the University of Chittagong for the outstanding results in B.Sc and M.Sc degree. He has been conferred on M.Phil degree in Applied Mathematics from Chittagong University. He has been conferred on PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from Chittagong University. Afterwards, he joined as a Lecturer in Mathematics at International Islamic University Chittagong (April 2000-March 2004) Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (March 2006-June 2006) and Noakhali Science and Technology University (June 2006-June 2008) and an Assistant Professor in Mathematics at International Islamic University Chittagong (March 2004-March 2006) and Noakhali Science and Technology University (June 2008-August 2013) and Associate Professor till 2018. At present, he is a Professor in Applied Mathematics, Noakhali Science and Technology University, Noakhali 3814, Bangladesh. He has received a full scholarship from the University of Chittagong and the University Grants Commission Bangladesh for doing PhD and Post Doc research respectively. He has to his credit 27 papers in National/ International Journals. He has been invited to present his research work at different International/ National conferences/Symposia. Dr Murad is a life member of Bangladesh Mathematical Society.
