5. Review and AmendmentThe Campus Sustainability Wing, Estate Office, and Development, Planning and Works Office jointly oversee the plan. Annual reports will document progress on energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy integration, and divestment compliance. The first two years of this strategy (2024–2026) are regarded as a proposed and adaptive phase, during which amendments may be made based on practical experience and campus awareness needs. The final version is expected to be adopted in 2026, following review and consultation with stakeholders. Until then, this proposed version remains fully applicable and enforceable. |
